Cancellation & Refund Policy – Aquarium Fish Noida

Aquarium Fish Noida strives to provide the best quality products and live fish with safe delivery. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair for both customers and our business.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been shipped or prepared for delivery.
  • Once live fish or products are dispatched, cancellations will not be entertained.
  • Perishable items such as live fish and plants cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Refunds & Replacements – General Products

  • Refunds or replacements may be provided if the delivered item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Issues must be reported within 1–2 days of delivery.
  • All requests are processed after verification by our support team.
  • Manufacturer warranty items should be claimed directly with the manufacturer.

Live Fish Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the sealed courier package being opened.
  • The video must be continuous without cuts or edits.
  • Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery.
  • After verification, refund will be issued only for the fish that arrived dead.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Claims without valid video proof or submitted after the allowed time window will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 1–2 working days to the original payment method.
