Cancellation & Refund Policy

AquriuamFishNoida believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has adopted a liberal cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1–2 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and shipping has been initiated.
  • Cancellation is not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements may be issued if the customer establishes that the delivered product is of poor quality.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported to our Customer Service team within 1–2 days of receipt.
  • The request will be processed after verification by the merchant.
  • If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, notify our Customer Service within 1–2 days of receipt.
  • The Customer Service Team will evaluate the complaint and take appropriate action.
  • For products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by AquriuamFishNoida, it will be processed within 1–2 days to the customer’s account.
